CSR was invited to the Dominican Republic to participate in a national cupping to pick the top coffees grown in the Dominican Republic.  Three of our employees went to judge the 2005 crop.

A tour of the coffee plantations and processing plants was conducted by our hosts.  Some areas of the country had all hand processing of the beans.  These pictures are of some of the processing.
