This is
the first known blend of coffee. It combines the full-bodied and earthy flavors
of Indonesia with the sweet floral tastes of an Ethiopian or Yemeni coffee. The
term “Mocha” refers to beans from Ethiopia such as Moka Harrar or those that
were shipped from the port of Mocha (Al Makha) at the southwestern tip of Yemen.
