those who like a little more acidity to their coffee, this blend is a
magnificent morning and early afternoon coffee. It is a moderately dark roasted
blend which is bright, brisk and acidic and is full of richness and body. The
manager of the Roastery, who is not necessarily a dark roast lover, finds
himself migrating to this blend more often than not when it is his turn to make
coffee for the roastery team in the morning or when fixing a cup of coffee using
his French press.
